The purpose of the project b> is to produce "TURMO IV C turbine rotors of NCK 18TDA material covered with Ti / TiN / TiAlN / Al2O3" multilayer structure b>. By applying, according to a new multilayer construction, the turbine blades equipped with the TURMO IV C engine gas generator, rotors with special properties are obtained.
Increasing the rotor lifetime after coating with protective layers at oxidation will result in:
rotor price drop / operating time; li>
decrease in maintenance costs of rotor installations; li>
reducing the loss caused by the interruption of the TURMO IVC industrial engine for maintenance operations. li>
