The purpose of the project b> is to make a Bearing Diagnostic Facility and Testing Technology - Diagnostics-Certification of High Rolling Bearing Components b> for the first given in our country.
The domain in which the project is relevant is part of the "cutting-edge technique", with rotating machines being increasingly used in the economy of all countries. Bearings are vital components in rotary machinery; the better the bearings, the higher the efficiency of the machines.
The project is immediately applicable to rotary machines (compressors, turbines, turboshauls), which, in addition to being very widespread, are increasingly in the attention of the national economy. The approach of such a project denotes the preoccupation of the Romanian specialists to address areas that until yesterday were exclusively the Occident of the West, sectors where the Romanian economy was totally debtor to the economically advanced states.
The scope of the prototype and test-diagnosis technologies for the high-speed sliding bearings fall within the field of advanced techniques of promoting technology transfer and innovation to enhance competitiveness of the Romanian economy. Through its outcomes, this project aims to further reduce the price of the camps provided and increase productivity ("several well-declared bearings" by naturally resorting to inexpensive and viable solutions to keep the rotating user machines in operation or ready for go into operation as required).
At the same time, we must also mention the clear policy of the current government, which stipulates that all efforts should be concentrated on integrating the Romanian economy into the Euro-Atlantic economic structures (in our case the realization of an installation and then a test technology - diagnosis of the bearings with high-speed sliding to allow the campsite provider to compare or even be superior in terms of quality to those in the West).
The final goal of the project was "the creation of a technical and material base for the production of performing camps," which would allow Romania to enter the Western market in a field of high scientific level.
Both a product (plant-stand) and a new technology (method) have been developed, tested and approved for the first time in our country.

Elaboration of a test technology - diagnosis-certification of high-speed sliding bearings made of rotary machines; li>
Design and realization of a "High Speed Slip Bearing Diagnosis Station" (stand). The installation allows to determine the static operating characteristics (eg load force, friction moment, minimum thickness of lubricant film, oil flow), another project objective, which is an absolute novelty for our country. Li>
Elaborate a complex diagram of possible variations in the geometric profile of the bearings so as to ensure working parameters in operation. li>
The results obtained with the high-speed roller bearing assembly and technology of the rotary machinery are achieving technical and technological breakthroughs at the national level with minimization of all necessary costs. According to the calculations, the costs of applying the technology are recovered (even a 10% profit is obtained) by reducing the rebuttal percentage by at least 25% li>
The technical parameters that the diagnosis system can determine are characteristics of high-speed sliding bearings with high-performance rotary machines, so it can be anticipated that the topicality of the problems will be maintained for at least the service life of the current plant (7 to 10 years). li>
The High Speed Slip Bearing Diagnosis System enables the development of new tribological studies on anti-friction materials, the behavior of various liquid lubricants. li>
